Edward offers a bespoke service which is quite simply excellent. He is extremely thorough and very competent. He has worked on my vintage tenor, a top end Yanagisawa and an entry level alto - all perfectly done and at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service. Answered my query with a few hours and asked me to pop in the next day. Then took a look and made minor repairs with urgency and priority all within 24 hours. Was a mad panic as Grade 4 exam was just a few days later. They will now be my default service provider for my flutes.

Ed was fantastic!! I took in my tenor sax as my hands weren’t large enough to reach around the palm keys. He created extensions for me (I’m sure there is a technical term) and they are great! He also fixed my alto sax in a matter of minutes!

Got my son's Trevor James Alto for annual check-up, it turned out keypad needed changing. The guys have done everything right there and then within 30 minutes, and even repaired and adjusted couple of minor things while doing it. The service was absolutely great, the guys were friendly and really helpful, and the price was way lower than I expected. I cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely stick with them for future annual service and any repairs.
