Wooden Floors UK Arvostelua

Recently bought some second hand junckers flooring and customer service helped me to find the appropriate clips, even going so far as to contact junckers to make sure they would work with the boards that I had. Fast response, super helpful and fair prices. Just ordered again!

Wooden floor has the best customer service I have ever experienced!
my enquiry about a specific flooring I wanted was replied to thoroughly. Furthermore they have a very friendly and cheerful staff, who went the extra mile when I realised that the amount I ordered was almost 6 m2 short!! And as soon as I told them they organised swiftly another delivery!
Thank you so much Anna, without your help I will probably be still stuck in a big mess!!

The team were so helpful and the products are brilliant. Thank you.

Great customer service throughout, plenty of sample was ordered before deciding what to install, floor looks amazing just hope is durable.

We were able to take view many samples in our home before choosing. Then ordering, delivery etc were straightforward. Staff are very helpful

Great service and delivery time, updates on delivery.
Flooring is one of the best I’ve fitted and I’ve fitted a lot.
Great price too!
I will be ordering more flooring for the rest of our house 👍🏻

Some of the best quality flooring I have seen and very good after sales service.

Expensive delivery and long delivery time which I wasn’t expecting as imported from Denmark. Would be good to be clearer on that on website. Also I was asked if they could use an artic to deliver as if not then I’d have to pay an extra £400+ delivery. So glad I said artic would do as they turned up in small van so that would have been a charge for nothing. I know partly the type of flooring I had to buy but it had to match existing floor so had no choice.

Prompt response and lots of great choice of high quality wooden floorboards!

Great service quick

Good product and service was good, apart from lack of information after I ordered. You need to be much more responsive via email or text to keep customers updated

I had a query regarding their website and used the live chat option; they responded quickly and concisely and offered options regarding my query.

Order was well packaged (weatherproof) and shipped reasonably quick.

Excellent service overall.

Another great flooring product from Wooden Floors Uk.
I have used them on a few projects now
Anna & Claire in the office are always willing to help with enquiries and make sure that everyone is happy with their products.
Delivery is always on time and quite often earlier than expected.
Will definitely be using them again and again.

I cannot praise or thank the guys at Woodfloors enough, fantastic service and product coupled with genuinely helpful staff.
Many many thanks again

I was looking for a pack of 22mm Junckers Oak flooring to patch an existing floor. Anna was brilliant and quick on to it. The warehouse located a few spare packs. The pallet with the single pack on it arrived a day earlier than promised. The warehouse manager clearly has had clearly many years experience sending out expensive flooring via courier networks - the packaging was excellent - 'courier-proof'. Outstanding. Thanks for solving my problem so well. Will use again.

Website well designed, samples available at no charge arrived next day

Ordered it, paid for it, delivered on time. Can’t ask for much more.

I made a mistake and they sorted out for me immediately
