I have played far too much on Wizebets and reached a high VIP level (Tier 7). At this level, you are promised fast payouts, 24/7 support, and a dedicated VIP manager.

None of this is true.

The VIP manager is practically nonexistent. The AI chat support always responds that they are “busy” — and this has been the case for months. Emails are simply ignored and never answered.

They claim to process withdrawals quickly, but in reality, withdrawals remain stuck in “processing” for days or even longer. New players should also be aware that there is a €500 per day withdrawal limit.

My current withdrawal has been processing since Tuesday. Based on past experience, I already expect delays or unnecessary complications — which is extremely concerning when there is no support available at all.

This experience matches many other reviews on this site. Maybe the platform is acceptable for very small stakes, but I strongly advise against playing higher amounts.

On January 30th, there was briefly a VIP manager available. However, there were still no email responses and no withdrawals paid out — which apparently should not be expected from this casino.

By February 2nd, the managers were “busy” again and unavailable. My withdrawal was still processing. Meanwhile, I received two wire transfers from a different poker site that were requested two days later — without any issues.
