Dress looks great on line, but looks very cheap when it was delivered, so many creases also and won’t iron out. So I can’t send it back now. Very disappointed….

Jumper smaller than I expected and had no pockets. In the picture it looked as though there were pockets

Only one of two items received: bought to match, no reason or time given for delay. Terrible way to do business. Some items in new catalog not in stock. Why put them in ?

I love Witt International as I find it easy to order clothing etc and it’s so easy to return. Not only that you can order from some other online retailers from your Witt account which I like.

I enjoy the online shopping but for my pocket they are a little to expensive for the quality! However…… I have ordered stuff for special occasions and have always been pleased with the garments. Returns are easy.
On this occasion I bought trousers which I am pleased with, but similar can be bought elsewhere for less. I just needed the right colour, otherwise I would never spend that much on a pair of trousers.

Have worn the dress a couple of times the blouse was a tad small so have requested a larger size. Awaiting larger size.

The on/line sales is easy to use always find what I wish to buy. Delivery is quick and returns are easy.

Returning customer, it's hard to think of anything new to say, I'm always happy with the service and usually the products. If I'm not happy with anything it's really easy to return.

I have been backwards and forwards with customer service, who keep asking the same questions & I keep giving them the answers. They say they have lost my previous communication every time. Unfortunately, they have a very bad standard of English & so, therefore, don't seem to understand the problem. Will not buy from these people again!
