The ordering process was seamless
The ordering process was seamless, was kept up to date on progress of delivery. The product was ideal.
Only suggestion would be clearer fitting instructions, the video didn't help, it was only after a bit of trial and effort finally worked out how to fit the blades.

I can see we have been in constant communication regarding this. It appears that at checkout you hadn't entered the house name and so Royal Mail were unaware as to where to deliver the order to.
The order is now on it's way back to ourselves where it will be relabelled with the correct address and dispatched again for you free of charge.
