WIPEOUT CREATIONS Arvostelua 

We put in an order of embroidered NHS items for our small team. We were happy with what we received however one item was missing. I contacted the company by email asking for the missing item to be sent out, but received no reply. I have sent a further email chasing, and asking for either the item to be sent or the cost to be refunded, but still no reply. Very disappointing as we are an item short and £10 down. Wouldn't order from this company again.

The company have since made contact, apologised and explained that short staffing is causing some problems. They are now sending out the missing item.

When I placed the order no one updated me on what was happening? I had to write an email after 7 days asking what was going on with my order. If someone had updated me I would not have emailed.

We ordered our Daughter’s school uniform with Wipeout Creations. The quality of clothing and print work were both excellent. I ordered school uniform from Wipeout Creations with my children’s names printed on the back. They came back very quickly and the quality of the jumpers are excellent. I can never get more than one days wear as my children always seem to find the muddiest place to play so they have been washed a couple of times a week and the colour and quality is still brilliant. I will definitely be buying from them again when the kids go back to school.
