WILLIAMS PLUMBING & HEATING Arvostelua

Great Company! Please use this company excellent service and very reasonable !

Lukas and Luka were great at working out the puzzle to solve our heating and hot water problems…. They sorted everything out for us quickly and with good humour! Thank you

Fantastic service from Luke as always. He's reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Bought a boiler from fareham branch which turned out I had collected the wrong one. Spoke to matt and he arranged for Andover to deliver me a new boiler to site on the same day so my job could continue. Fantastic service and my first choice for plumbing merchant every time
Thank you fareham and Andover

Luke of Williams Plumbing has done a few jobs for us in the last few months. The latest, a new dishwasher. Removed the old one and took it away (a mate helped to carry), installed the new one, checked it worked. Sounds simple? Luke made it SEEM so, 43kg?, all with no fuss, solo. I'm in awe...thank you, again, Luke. :)

I have used Williams for all my plumbing supplies over the years and thought it was about time I wrote a review to praise their high level of service.

All of the front desk staff and delivery drivers are helpful and knowledgeable but on this occasion I’d like to give a mention to the member of staff at Fareham I know only as “Lewis”

Over the years his service has gone way beyond what would be expected even contacting me on his mobile to update me on orders if the other lines are busy. Any problems are quickly rectified and stock shipped out to me immediately. I know my demands cause him a lot of behind the scenes administration but he never complains and as a result I continue to spend a large amount in store and never go elsewhere.

What a credit Lewis is to your company I never feel like just a number and he’s genuinely interested in my projects.

Onwards and upwards.

James (Scout Plumbing)

Needed a plumber in Chiswick to fix a leaking pipe and had a quick response so very happy

Speedy and efficient service, contacted in advance with eta. Plumber able to discuss and diagnose problems intelligently. Very neat work. Definitely recommed.

Really helpful and communicative, did a great job fixing burst outdoor pipe and tap. Turned up on time, would recommend.

great job, good communication and he is happy to discuss different options and explain what he is doing, would recommend

Serviced our boiler. Very good timing, communication and service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that had exactly what I needed. Special thank you to Lewis, he is an asset to your team.

Unlike previous plumber, for the free estimate, he pinpointed the whistling in the system problem and offered cheaper alternatives so didn't feel pressured to go for the most expensive option. Came in good time on the day and in addition, identified a leak under the bath and sent out his mate for a more efficient metal fitting at no extra charge. The work was completed, replacement of two taps in under an hour and left the bathroom completely clean of rubbish etc. Totally satisfied and didn't feel I was being overcharged. Would definitely use again.

Really helpful, accommodating, professional and a very fair price. Normally I don’t like to write comments, but I would really recommend Williams Plumbing and Heating. They will be my first port of call from now on.

Williams Plumbing & Heating are exceptional. They are friendly and have a can-do attitude. They are upfront regarding cost and get the job done without delay. I’ve recommended them to everyone.

James installed a gas line to the furnace and range. he was extremely courteous and patient. also very thorough. he pressure checked the gas lines and found a leak going to our fireplace. He was outstanding.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Luke, Claire, Archie, Lucas and all of the Team at Williams Plumbing and Heating for providing such an outstanding service.
The entire team are incredibly professional and highly skilled plumbing and heating engineers and they deal with all plumbing issues for me in a very large Sheltered Housing Building in London.
Their standard of work is always to the very highest of standards and they are really brilliant with all of the residents as well. They will always attend the building in an event of an emergency as well and this just shows how reliable they are.
I have known the company for over 18 years and without a doubt they are the very best in the business. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and continued support. We are forever grateful.

Very prompt and efficient.
