Brilliant service for a recent move within London. Marlon and Michael were excellent with Callum assisting on the last day also. I would strongly recommend their services and to take the full packing service so you do not need to worry about anything. Nothing was an issue and everything was delivered and unpacked safely. Will strongly recommend to all.

After 18 months of storage with Williams & Yates, we’ve finally moved into our new home and we’re so releived to be settling in at last. Throughout the entire process, Nikki has been increadibly helpful, supportive, and always quick to respond to any qustions we had. Knowing our belongings were in safe hands gave us real peace of mind during a long and uncertain period. With the final delivery happening this week, we finally found a moment to leave some well deserved feedback. Shipment from the US to the UK could not have gone worse. Over 50% of the items delivered were damaged due to insufficient packaging although specifically requested proper packaging and crates beforehand. Insurance claim for all items damaged has taken nearly a year to get resolved and is still being delayed with underhand stalling tactics used by their Insurance partners. Date of Experience has been requested by Trust pilot, This is March 2024 until today 3rd April 2025
