Really great stuff for wedding favours and table decoration ideas.

I ordered seed paper wedding invitations for which I received so many compliments as they were really lovely. Teresa was hugely helpful and even arranged delivery to suit me. Definitely recommend them!

I got my wedding favors from wildflower favors.co.uk and i absolutely love them. I was very impressed at how helpful they were with my order. When the favors were delivered they were beautifully wrapped with a personalied note which was a lovely touch. I would definitly recommend them and use them again.

It was easy to order from the website and the seeds arrived quickly. There were no problems at all and I was kept up to date with the order through email. The packets look professional and I can't wait to see what our wedding guests think.

I bought the seeded paper to cut into shapes for wedding favours and I am very pleased with the product. Quick delivery and brilliant service.

We found the butterfly seed papers on another site and were delighted when they came so checked out their site and found even more stuff that was perfect for us

I really will do my best to get your order out asap this week, but, as I said, if I had put you where you "should be" in the queue it would be at least the 22nd before we could start. There are only so many hours in the day (if only we didn't need to sleep!) and I will be working most nights this week til midnight to catch up due to being shortstaffed! Rest assured I am doing my best but I also have to do the orders that were received before yours and booked in. I am also sending your order in two lots, which we don't normally do, with one of the delivery charges of £6.99 at my own expense as you had only paid one delivery charge so I can assure you I am really doing the best I can in the time available to get your order to you!


And my response:

Thank you for doing your best with my order.
If, when I enquired about a lead time, you had let me know that due to your circumstances, my place in the queue, staffing issues, there only being 24 hours in your day etc etc, my order would be nearly a month at least, I would not have continued with it.
You indicated a lead time of 7-10 days which has been and gone.
To expect my order this week is not unreasonable.
Please refund my money if you cannot deliver.

In the end her draught of my order of service came with the paragraphs all jumbled and she expected me to sort it all out, I told her what I thought of her service and she has refunded my money...

A professional and patient Teresa put up with all the changes I kept making to the Wedding invitation. We got there in the end and I love the invites they were just as I had imagined them in my head.

The favour we ordered are perfect for our wedding; wild flower seeds with a bicycle/love bird print. There are lots of options to personalise and lots of themes to choose from. The order came very quickly and was very securely packaged. A few days after our order arrived we received an envelope with one seed packet which had been missed out of our original packet, with a lovely personal note. These are the little touches that make me recommend Wildflower Favours very highly! Thank you :)

We really love our wedding favours and are sure that our guests will too. We didn't want to go too over the top with our favours, as it was a wedding on a budget - but these show our guests that we care - with the personalised message - and don't break our bank. We are also going to insigate a 'growing competition' with our guests so that we can keep in touch with the flowers after the event!

The seed packets are very good quality and really pretty. Perfect for our wedding! Customer service was excellent and really helpful when I needed to change my delivery address.

Having placed my order I received a personal email giving me the option of when to have my parcel delivered, I can't tell you how useful that was. It arrived promptly on the requested day and was a delight to open! The personalised seed packets are so sweet
and pretty, and the handmade paper envelopes are very impressive- I know if I was to receive one through the post I would be very impressed. There was even a little free gift of some seeds for me which I thought was a very nice touch and will be a permanent reminder of my daughters wedding day. I would highly recommend this company as I feel that I've been dealing with a " friend" rather than a faceless company. The fact thats its also ecofriendly is a massive plus.
