I made a mistake in my order , I contacted customer service they refunded me straightaway and sent the correct liquid , excellent service as it was totally my mistake, very happy 😊

Non existant customer service. Completely ignored my emails when there was something wrong with my order.

Order never arrived and no response from the company via email. Shame this happened as I used to use them a lot from the time that they started, we even promoted them in our facebook vape groups as they were excellent with customer service and stocking coil suggestions in the begining, but this has now long past and complacency has set in and customer service has disappeared. Just a scam company now and we advise all our facebook vape groups not to use them under any circumstances.

Faulty coils, emailed and messaged through the site.
no response.
Coils lasted for 2-3 days max.
Absolute rubbish all round!!

Appalling customer service
Delivery late then after multiple requests finally sent me a tracking number showing delivery to a location that wasn’t my home
They told me I had to contact Royal Mail myself. Surely that’s their responsibility, but wouldn’t acknowledge my email
So I did ring Royal Mail. Needless to say 20 minutes on hold and cut-off

Ordered online 10 days ago. Nothing arrived. I emailed them and they sorted everything out. Probably fault was with Royal Mail.

Order two boxes of coils and never received them. I've send multiple emails, messaged them via there Web site and tryed calling atlease 15 times now. They don't respond to emails and never seem to answer the phone. Terrible customer service

Fast reliable order acknowledgement and delivery by Royal Mail 24 Tracked. 20 vape liquid taped flat to slip through your letterbox, worth the tiny bit of sticky residue after removal, and a significant saving. My vape shop kept letting me down, and I would have to travel or do without my favourite liquid. I have used twice with no problems, keep up the good work.

Delivery didn’t turn up. Emailed, was told a new order would be sent. Didn’t come. Emailed asking for a refund, no resoonse

I have been purchasing from these for a while and never had a problem until now.on my last order they sent me the wrong coils to what i ordered and the wrong juice as well.

I've emailed them but still waiting for a reply from last week,tried phoning but getting no answer.

Hopefully we can sort this out quick,as i don't want to have reorder again when its there error.

They sorted the error out top notch company, can only assume that they are busy.

Fake coils. Avoid! They burn in one day

I bought coils from wholesale coils and they had already been registered 4 times each meaning they are fake , tried to get in touch with wholesale coils and they've ghosted me.

Update
So received phone call on 2nd Feb from one of the bosses of the company and was very polite & professional explaining that they had looked back at when I placed my order and due to a technical error the send out order button was not activated - am not even a little bit techy so not going to even try to explain it properly!!! Anyway upshot is I received my oils next day, I must say I was impressed with the personal approach, it could easily be explained in email, so customer service excellent again...
Previously all orders were quality oils, competitively priced & arrived promptly mainly next day or at worse the day after... I had no reason to think that would change, but it did... I placed an order on 24th Jan & payment taken from bank then as well but am still waiting, I contacted the company via the 'contact us' box but no reply, then tried again still no response... I have found a telephone numb which I called & left message, so am hoping... I now have no oil, am £43.67 out of pocket and as I didn't budget any more to spend on oils I'm very frustrated & not a happy bunny.... I would never recommend anyone to purchase what they need cause firstly they obviously cannot guarantee you get your order and secondly if u have an issue they quite simply can't b bothered.... Shame really as I bought all my vaping products from Wholesale Coils...
