I found the site and tried to order online, but was having trouble with my address being accepted. I called the contact number as it was the last bottle on the site and I didn't want to miss it, and spoke to the very helpful & knowledgeable Carlos, We were probably chatting for 3/4 hour and this was 9pm. End result, he personally packed my whisky and droppped the parcel into the post office on his way into work next morning so that it would get here before Christmas.

Delivery is also generally quite fast, from the UK to EU usually takes no longer than 3 days.

It's rare that I actually want to leave a review but in this case, Whiskysituation is a very happy exception. The word I would use is stellar. Stellar customer service and very competitive pricing. I needed two difficult to source whiskies and added to that, I live on the other side of the globe. Not a problem. Yes this site is real. I've used this website many times (more times than I care to admit, because the customer service is unbeatable). Never had any bottle breakage. Great pricing! Glad I came across this webshop! Although they didn't have every bottle I was looking for, the ones they did have were cheaper than anywhere else I looked! I also like the fact you can buy samples of some unicorn whiskies that I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford.

What can I say, bought a bottle of Bowmore from Whisky Situation and what a fantastic company. Carlos the Director personally answered the phone and we had a great chat, he was professional and personable. I received my bottle the very next day as I needed it for a special occasion.
