wirklich gute seite bisher keine probleme gehabt. ich hab bisher die seite nur für fc 26 genutzt und wo auch kleine fehler die aber durch eine andere seite verursacht werden ist alles super.

Auction is so unstable
I transferred coins using auction method, it took a lot of days because of the instability of the servers, the site was so slow when clicking search it was not finding any player at first then or it would say they are still searching the previous player or it finds finally the players after a while... It was so annoying and I hope they will fix this

Transfer Market Banned
I've been using Whatsgaming for coin purchases since the past few FIFAs without any major issues. I was a loyal customer. I always did the safe, manual "auction trade" method myself. It was slow, but it worked and kept my account safe.
This year, for FC26, I decided to try their "Comfort Trade" service to save time. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.
After using their Comfort Trade service, my account was hit with a transfer market ban. I'm now completely locked out of the market for the entire game cycle. All the coins I bought are useless. The players I had are stuck. The game is effectively ruined.
It's blatantly obvious what happened. The person they assigned to do the "comfort trade" was either incompetent, careless, or using a bot. They must have transferred a massive amount of coins through a single player card, or did a series of transactions way too quickly. It's the kind of blatant activity that EA's system picks up on instantly. They didn't even try to make it look legitimate.
The fact that I used their service for years without a problem by doing it myself, only to get banned immediately when I used their "comfort " trade service, says everything.
Their methods have become sloppy and dangerous. Do not be fooled by their long-standing name. Their operations are clearly not safe anymore.
They have cost me not just the money I spent on coins this time, but all the time and money I've invested in my club over the years. I am furious.
After talking to the customer service they are now ignoring my emails and have no response. Absolutely careless after you got banned.
Take my advice as a long-time user: DO NOT USE WHATSGAMING. The risk is not worth it. You WILL get banned.

the rating is not fair. You have been a loyal customer of ours since 2021, have never had any problems, and are writing this negative review immediately after encountering your first issue without giving us the opportunity to respond. In addition, unlike many other shops, we compensated you directly and without any problems in accordance with our warranty conditions.
We have not been negligent or anything of the sort. The player auction system works in exactly the same way as our Comfort Trade System. We do not pass on any data to external suppliers. Everything is fully automated via an API interface. The only difference compared to previous years is that EA has made a change to its own detection system after years without any adjustments, which we were unfortunately only able to respond to after the fact.
Fortunately, we reacted quickly—unlike many other shops—and the failure rate was in the per mille range, and our system was adapted to the latest changes on EA's part after half a day.
We are FIFA players ourselves and know how frustrating something like this is. Nevertheless, we are in the same boat and really do everything in our power to prevent such things from happening.

Malfunction, hours on Telegram, and vague solutions
The service no longer works like it used to. They just want you to make the purchase, and then when problems start, you spend hours on Telegram trying to fix what they themselves caused. It used to be one of the best sites, but after this weekend, I won't be buying from them again. A terrible experience.

Coins alle weg.…
Leider wurden heute meine ganzen coins weggenommen ich hab von whatsgaming ingesamt ca. 3m coins gekauft diese kamen auch recht schnell an. ( diese 3 nicht auf einen Schlag).
Mit den Coins hab ich packs von Shop immer wieder aufgemacht und cruyff gezogen diesen für 5mio verkauft…
Einen Tag später bekomm ich von ea ne Mail und alle Coins sind weg hab jetzt genau 0 drauf.
Wenn ihr mir helfen würdet wäre dies sehr nett ob ich meine Coins wieder kriege oder das Geld Hauptsache man hilft mir.
Da zieht man einmal eine Legende kann sein Team geil aufbauen und ea muss alles kaputt machen

Die Liefermenge in Verbindung mit dem 5 Millionen Verkauf könnte an einem so frühen Zeitpunkt der Season ausschlaggebend gewesen sein.
