Ordered Dimplex electric fire, and arranged collection of old one with their customer service, ref. Hardy. Fire came in within time slot, and old one taken. When unpacked found Dimplex had changed the power cable connection, creating an issue in installing, power cable now in two sections, with sealed plugs. Discussed with Hardy, who managed to stop disposal of old fire, and remote control just in case, and keep order open whilst I looked for a way round the problem! Substitute power cable ordered off eBay to hopefully get round the problem. New cable arrived after some delay, and I was able to adapt to suit the installation, without invalidating the manufactures warranty by cutting off their socket! Hardy could not have been more helpful.

Excellent service all round from WMES. One of the very few places to stock the gas cooker we wanted. Ordering process was simple & delivery was faster than initially told. Efficient phone call system to ensure that we were happy with delivery time. The delivery crew (Richard & Sonu) who camr today were great...very quick & efficient & offered to help with unpacking the cooker, taking away the packaging & also helped with some of assembly, while explaining other information that we needed. What a great experience all round. Will recommend this company to family & friends. Many thanks to all.
