When i saw the add saying 5 day HELOC, i though it was a scam or click-bait. But I wanted to check and gave them a call, I was really surprised that they were able to complete the process within 5 business day and the money was in my bank account on the 6th day. The process was really smooth and stress fee. I would really recommend people to try this.

Everything was smooth at first. Approvals and closing very quick and smooth. The problem came during funding. They offered to pay creditors directly. It’s been 25 days and the creditors have still not received payment.

I was told I had a fixed rate and my payments would be a certain amount and I was lied to. I am looking at getting legal counsel.

Our loan officer, Chris went the extra mile to win our business. Unfortunately, the underwriting process was lengthy and the person responsible was not responsive. At time, days went by before questions were answered or the requested extra documentation was reviewed. The time line grew to nearly 1 month until close was possible. Granted the sum requested was large and additional steps were expected, but the delay ran into our planned va action to Germany and required closing g docs to be signed by the Frankfurt consulate. Combined with hotel costs, fuel costs, and notary costs, out trip to Frankfurt incurred an additional cost of $860 that was not anticipated nor planned for.

Art and Melissa were an absolute pleasure. Our refi was hairy and they kept it going without a hiccup. Got us a lower rate and higher home equity payout then we new was even possible.
