I recently got an oil change on Wednesday. I came home and noticed an oil leak on my driveway and in my garage. I called Toyota and spoke with the service manager. The next day, he came to my house, did an inspection, had my car towed to the dealership. On Friday, the issue was fixed, and my car was brought back to me. Thank you Toyota for a quick response and taking care of the problem. They go above and beyond my expectations.

Staff was very friendly. I don’t know the names of the 2 gentleman who I spoke with, but the man who checked my windshield and the valet were especially nice. Nyah was extremely friendly and professional

It was good but the dealership did not top my fluids like they usually do.

All service at Wesley Chapel Toyota was amazing from the arrival to the end. Everyone was very polite and eager to help and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Staff - my service advisor, Anthony Nicholas, was excellent advising me of the items that my car needed and kept me informed as the service was going on. He made my long wait pleasant.
