Thank you for your feedback for Well.co.uk. I am however sorry to read that the service takes longer to fulfill your orders.
We do recommend allowing 5-7 working days from the point you request the prescription to receiving the delivery unless you need to contact us regarding urgent orders.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to three days. We then require up to a further two days to dispense the prescriptions and up to three days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver. Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of delays.
