Me and my bridesmaids went this morning to try and get dresses for them. We went to the store in West Brom and were greeted by Adele who helped us all the way through. All the staff were really nice and the place was very clean. Adele really looked after us and went a step further and got a colour sample so I could see my colour against my bridesmaids. We left it late to shop but the manager really helped and got a rush order so the dresses will be here in time. Over the moon with the dresses and the service we received, thankyou!

I had the most wonderful consultant Clíona who helped me in every way. I got the dress that i loved the most and i cant wait for my prom! Thank you so much Clíona!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment we went in the shop, we were greeted by Renee who was knowledgable, friendly and patient.
Renee explained what dresses were available and was really helpful in her explanations of the types and fit and suggested dresses that she thought I may like based on the choices I had made.
She made my whole experience seamless and stress free.
There is a huge range of dresses and accessories available within the store and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I visited the Stockport store today and I’m happy to say I had an amazing experience. I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff as soon as I arrived.
I had Carol as my assistant and she was amazing at calming my nerves.
I would definitely recommend.

We went today to try on some prom dresses for my daughter, the experience was so welcoming, Dawn was very patient with my daughter who isn’t very girly, 6 dresses later she said Yes to the dress! Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you

We came into store today to choose my nieces prom dress, Dawn was so helpful and so friendly! She had all the patience for us as she tried on a lot of dresses, she was very helpful and even helped us pick and gave advice! We had a laugh with Dawn too, very friendly and great service! She said yes to the dress, first shop we tried and didn’t have to look any further for a very fussy girl that’s impressive! Thank you dawn x

Renee at the Stockport store was amazing and helped myle find a dress I loved. Unfortunately I didn't buy as I showed the dress from the website to a seamstress friend and described the fit. She said the dress would cost a lot to alter properly to fit. The sides would need to be done and a internal corset would have to be fitted. It would take a lot of time for her to remove all the appliques from the material to cut the dress to size and reattach. The alterations could end up costing more than the dress. If I could have had it made for my height I would have definitely bought one though. No pictures allowed either. I ended up buying from a different shop and the owner took pics for me! I would reccomend if you're really tall and I did have a lovely experience overall.

Trinity in West Bromwich was absolutely fantastic! I selected 3 dresses and then she brought me another one. I fell in love with it instantly!

I love my wedding dress!

Myself and my bridal party did not have a nice experience shopping at wed4less in Stockport this past week. We weren’t greeted kindly, even though we were kind enough to be polite and try to make conversation with the host, who was just overall extremely rude and I would say unpleasant. The choices of dresses were next to none, and mainly caters for size 28 women, which is fine but that left less choice for the petite girls who I came with. The whole experience just felt awkward and off putting, and we were made to feel so unwelcome by the host, lady with dark hair.

Visted Great Bridge store today and was attended to by Hollie. I cannot thank Hollie enough, I was a very nervous bride to be and Hollie put me at ease and even chose the dress turned out to be the one! Thank you Hollie

A credit to the store, Hollie was calm, patient and very professional.

So disappointed and not what I was expecting. The staff just wanted to put me in oversized dresses and put me in dresses that they liked. I couldn't wait to leave and I felt so disheartened. I would not recommend to anyone.

Angie was amazing, I tried afew dresses but went with the one she chose for me after listening to exactly what I wanted

Had a great experience looking for a bridesmaid dress. Michela in the Newcastle store was a great help and super friendly. She made everything run smoothly and was very knowledgeable so I got the perfect dress. The selection is really big and they can get things in pretty much any colour. I was recommended Wed4less by a friend and will definitely recommend to others

**HALIFAX STORE** Went here on Sunday with bride and 8 bridesmaid the lady that helped us Eshal was amazing and for her service she deserves a 5* but as for who I believe was the store manager they unfortunately get a 1. For the bride to be in changing rooms trying on wedding dresses to be asked to leave because we had been there to long and people were waiting downstairs was appalling and not professional at all we was never told we would have a time scale on how long we could be there.
If your looking for that WOW dress (that takes time ) here is not your place as I wouldn't want you to be asked to leave mid dress try!

This weekend, we went to Newcastle store with my daughter for her prom dress. All the staff were very welcoming and we didn’t have to wait long for her to try on dresses. Angie looked after us - she was so lovely. Very patient and kind. She really helped with her advice, recommended styles to try on and helped my daughter choose between her favourite two dresses. We ordered a dress so obviously haven’t received it yet, but just going off the service yesterday, and the huge choice of dresses, I’d definitely recommend a visit for a prom dress.

Went into WED4LESS Great Bridge today. Beckie looked after us and wow is she amazing at her job! I picked out 3 dresses myself and after trying on the first two I was so disheartened as I didn’t like any of them on me (dresses were beautiful just not ‘me’). Beckie asked me what I didn’t like before leaving to look through the rail herself and picked out one for me to try. I tried it on and I couldn’t say a bad thing about it - everything was beautiful. I’m quite picky so wasn’t expecting to purchase a dress today being the first time I’ve ever dress shopped but I ended up purchasing the dress Beckie picked for me. She’s amazing at her job and honestly so friendly - I suffer with anxiety and she made me feel so at ease. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Dawn and her team at West Brom are incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. We went in for a look and managed to fall in love and get dresses for bridesmaids, mother of the bride and the bride. Thank you so much!

Kalan from the West Bromwich store was amazing. Incredibly helpful and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The quality of the dresses were fantastic and the prices good value. I went to try on and see what style suited me and fell in love with the first dress I tried on and said yes to the dress. Kalan shared that she was very new to her role but I would not have guessed, very professional and excellent at her job. A credit to the store.

Please don't buy from here. The quality of the dress was awful and the zip broke during my wedding breakfast.
I paid £999 for the dress and it was a loose fit so no excuse

In response to the reply below , I did contact their customer service email address on the site. They replied and did not comment on the points I raised but simply said to resend the email to another email address

I tried the dress on at the original fitting when I reported the dress was not as expected. I did not try it on when collected.
The zip lasted approx 3 hours so was not likely to go during a 10 min try on.

Visited the store in West Brom today to collect my dress and even though I was an awkward costumer, dawn was amazing and took care of my every need.
Highly recommend this place
