Webfittings Arvostelua 

I've ordered once before from this company and was very happy with the quick service and the items I received. The second time using them, I ordered some metal trigger clips, which weren't the same design as the ones pictured on the website, so I emailed to find out if I could get the ones pictured, and the reply was quite blunt, and no apology for sending something slightly different, (but in my case essential, that I got the right ones), I had to send them back. I asked in my reply email how to do that, and got no reply, so I just sent them. I did receive a refund in good time though, but it cost me to send them back.
I would love to use this supplier again, as I only have found one other supplier of the bits I need, but they are quite often out of stock, but I have lost a little faith in them now, sadly. I would love them to update the photos in some of their listings to show the actual product clearly, and state if not that exact product will be sent out. I'm sad to leave a partly negative review, but I hope it helps anyone who needs something specific, to check with them first. They are very quick to sort orders though and I've not had any other issues. Everything else has been spot on.

Excellent service. Good range of products. 2nd class post can be very slow (Saturday to Thursday). Faster delivery is the better option. However, products and service great and will keep returning

I made order with webfittings for my wife as she needed velcro and buckles and webbing for repair to a bag , she was absolutely delighted with what she received and it was promptly delivered , so much so that she now has webfittings saved on her ipad for future use.

I ordered some buckles at best deal and received them in three days (second class post), amazing!

Good tape at a very good price. My only gripe is that it wasnt in stock when the website said it was and delivery took several days
