so this should not have triggered the waiver clause. ????

I decided to cancel my subscription because I was unable to use their software, their reply Was

This company were polite, but not interested in any refund of any kind, this left me with a 12 months upfront payment lost , and a lot of time wasted with this company , all in 3 days only of not being able to even use their website

They charged my for the whole year and my website is no longer available after 2 weeks. No contact no. and customer service is joke. Be aware of this company.

The site builder has a good range of features and is easy to use, the templates are attractive and customisable, and the customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond.
