Mark Butler was absolutely excellent, and I would highly recommend him. The situation became quite difficult due to the owner, but Mark was there throughout, offering support, guidance and reassurance when things were particularly challenging. As a first time buyer, the process is all new to me but Mark and the team have been superb. They have been in frequent contact providing an excellent customer experience by issuing documents and information clearly across emails and the systems available. You are supported from the beginning to the end. The customer service we received was second to non .
