Yes, have used WCF Fuels North East for more than ten years. Very reliable supply and never let us down in the past. Will continue to use them in future.

Very competitive pricing and good communication re delivery date and time.

Recently moved into my first house that has a kerosene boiler. WCF made the process and delivery very easy and stress free which was perfect. Thank you!

We recently had a delivery of heating oil based on being very competitively priced. Have used other companies before but they dont always give a heads up on delivery date. WCF did and the driver was extremely personable so my first experience is a first class one.

First class service , always on time

Great service.

You will never beat WCF Hexham for their service!! From ringing Elaine in the office to the lads delivering the oil. Every time I have needed a delivery, from the very first time I got my oil heating in. My oil boiler was put in on the 17th December 2019, I rang around the oil companies as I had been told to do, 9 I did not know any oil companies, we had had a Parkray fire in for 30 years)! I couldn't even get a delivery before Christmas! I had been given a list of local oil companies by the supplier of the tank, we were going to be left all Christmas & New Year with no heating. The earliest delivery was going to be the 11th January 2020!! I went online & several companies came up, but WCF for some reason caught my eye, I rang up, not expecting any joy, however it was Elaine on the other end of the phone! She was absolutely amazing! She started ringing around the drivers & she got back to me within 10 minutes, informing me that one of the drivers was going to put it on his load & deliver it the very next day! I honestly could of cried, not one of the other companies had even bothered to get in touch with their driver's. they didn't even try! They never even listened, as soon as I said I had not had a delivery from them previously or I didn't have an account with them that was it! But not WCF Hexham, I have had every delivery from them since & will not change, they were the only ones that would help me out when I needed it & they have helped me since when I have ran out in error! As far as I am concerned WCF Hexham has the best team ever.

I have always received prompt and excellent service from WCF Fuels North East and would highly recommend.

No problems at all. Very good.

I value reliability and sincere commitment to top-notch customer service, which is why I trust WCF FUELS – North East. A trust not diminished over the past 25+years.

And it’s not customer service per se, it’s the fact that WCF demonstrate care for the individual customer. There’s Elaine - so efficient, so on the ball and always a pleasure to talk to; and Derick who goes the extra mile to ensure we get our fuel.

No hesitation in recommending WCF FUELS – North East.

The staff at WCF are always so helpful and friendly to deal with, they always try to help even when help is needed with access to deliver the oil. Always a great service a pleasure to deal with and the best company for oil we have used.

Like that you can set up monthly payments instead of one lump sum. Very helpful
