I enjoy shopping at Watsons due to affordable prices and the locations in shopping malls.

Very bad. I bought from the online store and put delivery service to my house on 6th Nov. However on 6th nov i still havent received it. I tracked the parcel and the updated info says 8th Nov. Super bad. Never ordering online ever again

I am absolutely disappointed with the “online shopping” experience. I thought that self collection would take a shorter amount of time compared to delievery, little did I know that self collection took way longer than I anticipated it to be. Seriously I might as well personally drive to and back from Malaysia for the products I ordered. I bet i could do it under a day. DISAPPOINTING. DON’T USE ONLINE SHOPPING!

AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WHICH THEY ACCEPTED, AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSED; THEY SEND MSG AFTER 5 DAYS TO COLLECT ITEMS.
TO MY DISMAY HALF THE ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED.
ONLY AFTER SENDING EMAIL AND CHAT, THEY REPLY AND SAID ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK, AND WANTED REFUND WITH E-VOCUHERS!!!
MEANING THEY WANT TO LOCK ME IN TO BUY OTHER THINGS??

Very bad experience & disappointef ordering online. I purchase on 4 August 2021 for 1 to 1 free Naturals Chamolile body lotion for $8.90. I wrote many emails for the half refund $4.45 and emails always reply, waiting for relevant department approval. Already over 1 month & cannot settle this matter

Shop Watsons online at your own risk! Did not receive package but status shown "delivered", customer svs showed me a signature I couldn't recognize as "proof of delivery". I have to press Ninja Van to verify that package was indeed lost in transit. Watsons then offered to refund in the form of e-voucher in 9-14 working days??!!! Even has the cheek to add in their email I can use the e-voucher for fuss-free online shopping with Watsons! I refused the e-voucher and demanded to be refunded back into my credit card else I will file a complaint with CASE and Small Claims Tribunals. Still waiting for their reply... Update: Watsons agreed to refund into my credit card in 4-6 weeks

horrible online shopping experience, they took half a month to get back to you for the lost parcel, took another half a month to resend with incorrect items, and took another mth to resend again. missing itmes they just decaled no stock and issued e voucher secretly without informing you. forcing you to buy again and pay again.

Would like to say thank you to the staff at Hougang Mall. I can't remember her name but she is a Chinese looking Malay lady. She is always very patient and helpful. I love her customer service.

I will like to comment your staff, May Kee(Not sure if this is the correct spelling) for her patience, proactiveness and enthusiasm in her work. She has been very helpful assisting in the self kiosk payment despite the busyness. Not only once I experienced these with her, but at my previous visit too. In fact, she has been consistently provide good service to most of the customers too. Thumbs up to her👍👍🌻

My online shopping experience with watson has been very unpleasant and it has been an unfair experience to consumers.

I made a purchase in early June to utilize the Watson e-vouchers and I did input the e-voucher before checking out to made payment. However, the watson app did not process my e-voucher and ended up charging me the full amount.

Watson is taking very long to respond to my request for a refund. They have offered me to re-use my e-vouchers or proceed to refund the items purchased with additional e-vouchers. They are just making me pay more and buy more items instead of returning me my refund in cash for the e-vouchers which should have been processed by Watson app during payment but failed.

It is a very disappointing experience with Watson. This is unfair to consumer and should be report to the authorities.

So disappointed. My first 2 online orders went well, but during today's order (last day of 35% off skincare) it was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

First I had to check out thrice online, and all three times I encountered the Server Error page after approving payment on my bank app. Now I'm pending deduction for an order that did not even go through (confirmed with live chat).

They then suggested I purchase on app, and as I needed the items I went ahead and all seems well as I used a different card and had the order confirmation page. However, there was no confirmation email and I realized the order number was the exact same as my previous order. Live chat again, and order was AGAIN not captured in their system.

So now I have no products, amount deducted twice. Judging from all the negative reviews below all I can say is: What are you doing, Watsons?

On Watsons online shopping - customer service & refund process/leadtime are terrible! Did not receive one of my purchased item that cost about $100 which was to held back by ninjavan (watsons appointed delivery service) due to torn package/packaging issues. I opted for return to refund after contacting watsons customer service but after 2 weeks still no refund received despite ninjavan's tracking indicated successfully returned to watsons since 19 May. Emailed, webchat and facebook message to watsons customer service and still have not received my refund ! Can't find any telephone number to call in! Their refund process is super slow and unfair to customers ! Think twice before u purchase from their online store.

The click and collect option is a joke! Promise products will be ready for collection in 3 days and up until 5 days later have nothing!! Ridiculous! Had to go and buy the products elsewhere because it seems it will take another 2 days before we see these products!! Don’t bother! Never order click and collect if you need the products within a week.

First of all,, the pricing tag mess up,, it showed 4 for $10 (hand sanitizer) but then Dave told us that the promotion was end last April,, current promotion was buy 1 free 1 (but it's not on "Disney's item) which is confused us,, especially one of my friend needed to void from her bill and change the new price
2nd,, again,, same issue,, she settled her bill but then she realized that the item she took was stated $2.00 but in her bill was charged $2.50
And here we go.! Me and my other friend was waiting for her settled her bill,, then suddenly one of yours staff,, Max,, he came out,, without saying anything,, he just stand there and stared at me waiting for pick up my belongings.!
We left after awhile,, but he Max still stared at us! What's he problem by doing that?!

I am extremely disappointed with Watsons' customer service and their communication.
I ordered some skin care products on the last day of 30% discounts. However, Watsons app and payment website was so difficult to navigate that I paid @23:52 but by the time the order was through, it was 00:03 the next day and I was charged the full price of all the products.
I immediately used the chat function to express my disappointment and wish to cancel the order and membership. I had no reply. The next day, via the chat function, I had to explain myself all over again and it took another day before they agreed to refund me. HOWEVER, I have waited 3 weeks and I have not seen the refund or the products. When I questioned them, the only answer I got was please wait and be patient.
I WILL NEVER USE WATSONS ON LINE EVER AGAIN.

I am a regular customer at Watsons. I have shopped at their online store and patronize their physical stores too. I would like to commend their online services. It has been great and the delivery is very fast. I highly recommended it for all to try. Good job Watsons!

Watson has a very bad and inefficient after sales service or Customer Service. Firstly, Watson does not provide refunds in cash for purchases you made if you changed your mind. They refund in the form of e-vouchers and as such you have to use them within half a year or it will be expired.
Secondly there are nobody you can personally speak to, and it take several days for your concern to be addressed.
After this experience I had, I decided I will take my purchases elsewhere.

I had a very good experience today. Your staff Nighat from seletar mall outlet is very friendly and helpful. She is patient and kind to inform me of all the promotions and help me to get the best deal for all the products I bought.
Want to express my appreciation because not many staff are this helpful.
