We’re sorry you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately, the incorrect item was sent in error, and once this was brought to our attention, we arranged for the item to be collected and the correct item to be sent out.

As the incorrect item was already with you, we needed to have this returned before completing the replacement. We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, particularly for an order of relatively low value, but this was simply to ensure the original order was corrected properly.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

Great staff

The staff on the desk made my experience great.
I needed advice on the item I was buying & patience & helpfulness & friendliness was shown throughout.
Couldn’t fault them.
All really good.
And the price of the item I bought was good.
