Our house was on sale for over 12 months in a quiet market for larger properties. Waterside helped us with pricing, put a super website online (including a walk-through video), brought qualified buyers to see the house, and once a deal was done, lubricated the sale process with well-timed advice and frequent contact.

We were buying and Philip and his team kept us well informed with progress and were patient with our many visits as we deliberated about the purchase.
