Items were delivered on time. There was a problem with one of items (a hose pipe), so they replaced it immediately without any fuss and very speedily. I've used them twice now and my impression is that they are trustworthy and efficient.

Very poor. No communication. No telephone to object or complain. I wrote 2 complaint that one of the products I bought can’t be used and I want to exchange..... no response now for 2 weeks so I have to throw away. I have bought many items and they should appreciate a customer..... now I am regretting.....

I ordered 15m of linear drainage channel and a couple of accessory packs and they arrived quite quickly. However, all the packaging was in a terrible state so I checked the goods before the courier left. Turns out there were only 14 channels delivered, not 15 as ordered. One channel was missing its galv grating and another had the mating lugs broken off. So I rejected the delivery. The big problem with Waterirrigation is the difficulty in getting a response from them, as there is no telephone service and emails taken a while to be answered. After several emails I eventually got a reply and was fully reimbursed, though I asked not to be reimbursed but to re-send my ordered goods.

I have a garden tap with a threaded end. I wanted a tap/hose connector. The thread on my tap measures1" so that is what I ordered off their website. When it arrived the thread measurement was 1 and 5/16 inches wide. When I queried this I got a confusing message back and was told I should have taken 1/4" off my measurement to take into account the peaks and troughs of the thread. In 50 years of DIY I have never met this sort of argument before. Then I worked it out. Their screw on tap connectors sizes refer to the size of the hole in the tap NOT the width of the thread. If I was buying something to fit in the hole of the tap I would order a 3/4" size. But I was buying something to fit on the outside of the tap which is 1" !!!!!!! Their way of describing the measurements needed is totally counter-intuitive. To be fair, I have seen other suppliers do the same. One of them advertised a 1" thread as 33mm. As every year 9 pupil will tell you, 1" is equal to 25mm.
Anyway, they promised to send me a 3/4" fitting which evidently will fit onto my 1" tap threaded end !!?? Wish me luck. I am still waiting for it to be delivered 5 days later.
I contacted them thro their online form which got a response. E-mailing them got me a standard reply which referred me back to their website. They have a phone number but they only have a standard message that tells you to go to the website. Like many companies they are using the virus as an excuse to continue their poor customer service. Not everything can be solved via the website.
I gave them 2 stars because they did reply. Reading the other reviews I can see why many people only give them 1 star.

Subsequently, 3/4" tap connector arrived and fitted on my 1" threaded garden tap !!!???

They supply through Choiceshops Ltd. Awful. I tried to cancel order hour after ordering in error. No response.
Neither Waterirrigation nor Choice have a telephone contact number.
Awful people. Avoid!

If you work in the landscape industry dont use this company. Poor service all round.

The website states that the tax is included when you use a button and that it isn't when you use another, then they add more tax on after when questions it, I was told that's just the price deal with it. i told them twice to fi their website and they said there was nothing wrong after I posted them pictures basically saying i was lying even with proof. insanely over priced! i paid 20% on top of what i thought .. sheaming badly run don't trust the website!

A product I purchased from Waterirrigation fell apart after 4 months. Despite emailing I have not had a response and cannot find a contact number to ring customer services. Don’t shop with this company

Slightly reticent after reading other TripAdvisor reviews, I decided to risk an order when I realised the products were approx half the price of the next nearest competitor. So pleased I did, paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived promptly in less than 24hrs. Set up hoses and timers, realised I needed more pieces so placed another order. Again arrived punctually and all 'own brand' products superb quality along with very competitive prices for well known brands. If it's hosepipe/ leaky pipe you're after don't hesitate to order from these people.

There have been some bad reviews of this company but I recently ordered a number of items directly from them and received a very fast delivery service. I have not found any problems with quality but would make one comment that would be simple for the company to rectify and could save a number of negative reactions. I purchased a hose trolley and thought that a couple of locknuts were missing from the kit. My wife (ever eagle eyed) found them lurking in a corner of the box partially obscured by the cardboard. This happens because some of the nuts, bolts and washers are just put loose into the box. This is not good practice and I would suggest these parts be secured in appropriate packaging

I was after a strong and reliable hose reel which did not cost the earth. I came across Waterirregation.co.uk and found one I thought I would give a try. I ordered something to protect my outside tap in winter as well. Easy to order, competitive pricing, and quick delivery. The hose reel was easy to assemble, robust, and reels in my existing hose with ease. Excellent value and quality. I will definitely be using them again.

I was a bit concerned after seeing some of the reviews on here but I decided to go ahead and purchase from this company - their prices were something like 40% cheaper than Screwfix and Toolstation. I paid for next day deliver and the items turned up, bang on schedule, securely packaged.
Got to say - absolutely great value and no complaints at all.

no tap connector no stop no valves
Two lots of piping and I can't use them

Extremely poor. Stay away, do NOT use.
Appalling customer service, in fact zero customer service.
No contact number and unwilling to cooperate.
If you want to give away money then choose a charity Instead.
STAY AWAY from this company, they are a scam house.

The order has now arrived, and due to the eventual effectiveness of the customer services guy who, I think, did his best, I am amending my one star review. But they really need to sort their communications.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered anything from this company; I went with them because a friend said he'd used them and voiced no complaints.
They took my money the day after I placed the order. Then after a week of total silence I emailed them Thursday morning and they told me it would be with me within 48 hours direct from the manufacturer and the delivery company would contact me. Nothing.
I emailed again on Saturday morning (after 48h), and they have not responded - it is now Monday afternoon. Their phone number gives you a message that says they're closed "due to unforeseen circumstances".
Considering what to do next.
I strongly recommend NOT to use this company; it's starting to look very much like a scam and that was a lot of money I can ill afford to lose :0((

First time I’ve ordered from this source. Ordering process, communication to acknowledge the order and despatch were fine and the delivery arrived on time BUT the item had missing parts and the only way I could find to try to contact customer services was via a web form, which I used and received an automated response saying they aim to make contact within 24hrs. Nearly one week later there’s been no contact.

Unexpected turn of events.

I have ordered few irrigation components from the store and I by accident came across reviews about the store and I rally got scared.

However, to my unexpected surprise and content, I have received the parcel with the order I have placed. The order arrived not only much sooner than I would have expected (I used standard 3-5 days delivery), I placed the order on Thursday and Friday afternoon I received the parcel!!!
All ordered items are in the box, nicely separated and well packed.

Fantastic service and greatly recommended. (btw, now I am in troubles because nothing has been prepared to deploy the system...)

I've ordered three times with this Company and all arrived quickly and well packed, their own HYDRO brand is good value. I had a problem with the third delivery with a faulty leaking part on the hose, I sent an email via their portal (there was a three day delay) but they did get back to me and no questions asked agreed to re-send the whole hose! I know other reports aren't as glowing about them but perhaps they find it hard to wait 72 hours when they advertise they'll get back to you in 24? Would recommend and the web site is clear too.

Is this outfit a criminal scam, or just woefully incompetent? Either way, do not use them, you will only loose your money if you have a problem. My order worth over £100 arrived in a squashed box, torn down the sides (had someone run over it? and crudely patched with masking tape.) and all the small parts were missing, so assembly was impossible. Choice Shops who sent the parcel were unpleasant and helpful and said you can only deal with Water Irrigation by their website. Four emails later no response whatsoever other than an automated 'will reply in 48 hours'. Two weeks later nothing. They have no address or phone number so I suggest you totally avoid this company. The delivery company, Yodel, have no phone number or address and website just says contact seller regarding damaged parcels. I have had trouble before with Yodel delivering damaged parcels. so I will never use them as ask sellers to use any other delivery company apart from Yodel.

I had a water pipe connection problem and James Rose, one of the customer advisors was very helpful. He went out of his way to suggest solutions and came up trumps. Thank you Water Irrigation, Thank you James
