De bon composants mais un service client inexistant, ils sont très agréables quand vous arrivez à les avoirs, mais j’ai passé commande pour un cadran SRPD79K1 pas de nouvelle il est prêt mais n’est toujours pas parti depuis lundi, plusieurs mails envoyé jamais de réponse malgré le fait que je passe régulièrement commande

Genuine Seiko watch parts at a really good price. The site is really easy to navigate and you can usually find what you're looking for with ease. Delivery time was pretty quick too. Very satisfied.

After I asked about the status of my already delayed order, it was canceled. What would have happened if I hadn't asked? Then I would still be waiting and would not automatically get my money refunded? Unbelievably bad service.

J’attends toujours une commande du 27 mai 2024 égarée par le transporteur DHL. Malgré 9 mails et 4 demandes de remboursement..nous sommes le 12 juillet soit 49 jours après la commande et toujours rien..y a t il un service client ??le pire c’est de recevoir une enquête de satisfaction aujourd’hui qui me demande de noter la prestation..de qui se moque-t-on ? Pour moi pas une société digne de confiance..à signaler

Des semi-escrocs!
Je leur ai fait une commande précise pour un joint pour une montre Seiko... ils ne m'ont pas envoyé le bon et ils me disent que ma montre n'est pas d'origine!
En plus, il faudrait le renvoyer à mes frais!

Genuine watch parts at good prices, I have had multiple orders from watch parts plaza and they have all been dispatched quickly and securely. 5 stars

Very poor communication and customer support. It took nearly 5 weeks to deliver my replacement watch strap. Shortly after placing the order I received two delivery tracker numbers but neither of these worked, I requested delivery information using their chat line together with various emails none of these were responded to until after the strap was delivered. They stated the lack of response was because they were on holiday, however my requests for information started before their notification of going on holiday was put on the web page. They offered no apology or reason for the tracker numbers not working nor for the late delivery. To balance this comment the item was OK and I received it (eventually).

: 5 weeks was from date of placing order. : You did not keep me informed at all, that is absolutely not true. Your first communication was after the item was delivered when you asked me for feedback, both tracker numbers provided did not work.

Service client inexistant. J’ai essayé de les contacter plusieurs fois sans succès. Ils répondent à un mail sur deux. Je déconseille !
J’ai effectué un retour à mes frais (pas de retour gratuit !) il y a maintenant 2 semaines. Malgré mes relances, je n’ai pas encore été remboursé.
Actualisé 4 semaines après le retour: toujours pas de remboursement et aucune réponse du service client.

Dernière actualisation : il leur aura fallu plus de 6 semaines après réception du retour pour me rembourser.

Found the website through a search engine looking for a part for my anniversary edition Seiko watch. They were one of the only websites that had the part. Price was reasonable, website had favorable reviews, no complaints. Would recommend.
