I never received the product and the shipping notice gave me no tracking info. I did not know who to go to. The product looks very nice, just what I wanted. I would not order from them again'

i have had only great experiences from this company and will continue to do business with them.

When my husband and I married, we bought a set of four amber "Texas" cafeteria cups. After 30 years of military moves, just one cup remained and EVERY time my husband used it, he would comment on how he loved that cup and how durable they were and how it was the perfect cup and he wished he had a whole set, etc., etc. So, one of his Christmas gifts this year was a big ole box of clear cafeteria cups in a couple different sizes.
The cups arrived fairly quickly and in good condition. There was a little ding on the bottom of one of the cups but it's still usable, and I didn't bother trying to get it replaced. I would recommend and order from Wasserstrom again. They had the best rate on this type of cup in the style and quantity that I wanted.

I ordered 4 cases of coffee mugs. There were broken and cracked ones in every case. It's probably the shippers fault and I could probably get a refund of the broken pieces but I am wasting enough time writing this review.

The milk pail and lid were more expensive than we had anticipated, but when they arrived we were very please with the quality and had no qualms about what we had paid. Our daughter requested this as a Christmas gift (she works on an organic farm) and she will probably use it for the rest of her life! If only there were a way to make a bulge or something on the bottom of the handle that would hold down the lid when the handle is in the upright position! We understand the need for everything to be sleek and clean so there are no spots to collect anything but it would be great for the lid to be more secure when on the pail. Your service was prompt and efficient and the quality of your product even better than hoped for. We will be visiting your site again when and if we are in need of high quality items of this nature.

I ordered parts online and received them in a couple of days. Exact amount, no mistakes. It was very easy!

I ordered a replacement blender part for my catering business and needed it before the event. I paid a lot of money to have it delivered before the event, and it came late. Really screwed up my work and menu and disappointed clients.

No reflection on Wasserstrom, but my expectations on the product were not met. I have owned an Ekco peeler for probably over 20 years and have tried to duplicate that quality for my daughter, but no brand works worth a darn. I was hoping that by seeking out the same brand online I would finally get her a decent peeler. No such luck!

LAST ORDER ARRIVED QUICKLY WITH SOME MINOR DAMAGE WHICH WE ACCEPTED. PREVIOUS ORDERS WERE VERY SLOW WITH SOME PIECES COMING FROM VARIOUS PLACES OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME (MONTHS) TO ARRIVE THEN SOME WERE DAMAGED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY ALWAYS REPLACED THE DAMAGE THOUGH. JUST WISH THEY WOULD SPEED UP THE SHIPPING PROCESS.

Bought an omelet ring, way to expensive for what we got.

Due to a technical error on Wasserstrom.com, I actually received 2 orders - one I intended and a duplicate. The items I ordered were not as described/pictured and I'm now investigating getting a refund.

Update:
Customer service on this issue was awesome! They agreed to refund my money, responded quickly and were polite, apologetic and courteous. Definitely exceeded my expectations. +2 stars!
