A first time customer of Wardrobe by Simone, I purchased a gorgeous embroidered cream dress with tie waist online. The delivery was fast and my parcel was wrapped very nicely, with a little tube of love hearts, which was a lovely touch. I shall definitely be making a trip to the boutique now and hope to find more beautiful clothes. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely shop with lovely friendly staff, it’s like home from home. Bought something on line that I had a problem with and they were so helpful with no quibble.

Friends shop here often and rave about Simone and her staff and the lovely clothes. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find online. I rang the shop at 5.15, the phone was answered immediately, Simone found the jeans, took payment and delivered them to me the next day! How’s that for brilliant customer service!

The staff are always very cheerful, helpful and polite. They are always very honest when customers are trying items on. Love popping in to see the new season of clothes x

Disappointed my parcel was delayed as not enough postage was paid. When I contacted the the shop to check, I was told to email my evidence for this. I did this only to have all emails returned undelivered. I advised the shop, no apology just told I had to try and find them on Facebook to share my evidence. I paid the postage myself, Disappointed as last time the service was very good. I'll think twice about another order.

It is a fabulous boutique which I visit often,staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I ordered an item on the website and recieved it very quickly, but unfortunately had to return it,but refund was given promptly,

Love my bow shoes, heel not too high so very comfortable, did have to size down and would say they size big. Prompt delivery and communication
