WallpaperMural Arvostelua

I’ve had a great experience with Wallpaper Mural. I had an issue with the delivery through UPS, so I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response from a real person (most of the time it’s just a robot!), and the issue was resolved within two days.

When my package arrived, I noticed they had handwritten my name on it, which I thought was such a lovely personal touch.

The wallpaper itself was absolutely beautiful and very easy to apply. I did everything on my own and never struggled. The final result exceeded my expectations—I couldn’t be happier.

Another big plus is that you can order a mural in the exact size you need. That was perfect for my project because I didn’t need a large amount.

I will definitely order from them again!

Great customer service and easy ordering made the process very easy. Good product as well.

Love this mural so much! It’s prettier in real life. More hazy and warm. Glad I got a few different samples to try out first to see if the colours went with my living room. And also to see how my wall would take the peel & stick. Worked out perfectly. I installed it all on my own and it was my first time ever doing something like this (!) The peel & stick made it easy to take a panel off and put it back on when I made a mistake. For the few bubbles I had, I just used a needle and pierced a tiny hole. All in all, great experience. I love this company!

Incredible customer service! I would purchase from this company everytime for wall paper needs.

Thank for the great coordination and communication experience

Easy to apply, fast service, beautiful mural!

Fantastic, professional, quality, I cannot recommend this company enough. It was so easy to put up, and the design is phenomenal...absolutely love it! ❤️

There were so many great designs to choose from with this company but we opted for the abstract meadow design. My husband has to have the credit for most of the work putting the wall design up but I helped him and I think you do need 2 people for a large wall. The finished result is great though and I would buy again.

The colours and flowers in this mural are fantastic. I needed to contact customer services and they were super helpful too. I’m so pleased with the overall look, thank you.

Love the quality and easy to install. Truly worth the price and will definitely use this site again. The quality is high, the peel and stick is easy. It matched perfectly. Did it alone. Highly recommeded!

In love with the wallpaper I got for our nursery room! Very good quality, looks like the picture !

Really nice quality. It has massively cheered up the room

Beautiful wallpaper, brilliant communication from the company!

I ordered samples from this company under the assumption that they paid tariffs, so was surprised that UPS tried to charge me tariff charges equal to the price of the samples. I rejected the delivery and reached out to customer service, who assured me they would resolve with UPS. However, I just received a collections notice today on behalf of UPS for the $50 tariff charges. And this was all over samples.

The ease of ordering the item, the packaging and printing times together with the high end materials used.

Great quality paper, and instructions to use premixed paste and roller to the wall. And, love the design.

Very good service & communication - product was good quality & easier than expected to install

This mural wallpaper has completely transformed the space in a way that feels both intentional and effortlessly stylish. From the moment it was installed, it became the focal point of the room, drawing the eye and setting the tone for the entire decor.

What makes this piece stand out is its ability to elevate the atmosphere without overwhelming it. The design adds depth and character, making the room feel more expansive and thoughtfully curated. Whether viewed up close or from across the room, the details create a sense of artistry that standard paint or simple patterns just can’t achieve.

It also ties the rest of the decor together beautifully. Furniture, lighting, and accessories seem more cohesive against the backdrop of the mural, as if everything was designed to complement it. The space now feels more refined, layered, and visually engaging.

Overall, this mural wallpaper doesn’t just decorate the wall—it enhances the entire environment, turning an ordinary room into a sophisticated and inviting space.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

We ordered a wallpaper mural and carefully positioned the design using the “preview and buy” feature, assuming (reasonably) that what we saw is what we would receive. That is not the case. The company adds an extra 2 inches of overhang, which ends up cutting off key parts of the image. In our case, important elements like flowers, a tree, and part of a building are missing. The final product looks noticeably different from what was previewed.

Yes, the overhang is mentioned; but nowhere does it clearly explain that it will significantly alter the actual design or that the preview is not an accurate representation of the final result. That feels misleading.

On top of that, customer service has been frustrating to deal with. Response times are slow, and the replies don’t really address the core issue—they just repeat policy instead of acknowledging the problem.

Overall, the product does not match what was advertised, and the support experience has been poor. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re okay with your design being altered from what you selected.

Yesterday we finally installed our wallpaper, and the result is simply breathtaking. We absolutely love it! It has completely transformed the room and looks even better than we imagined.

The whole process was very straightforward thanks to the clear instructions provided. The material is excellent quality and surprisingly easy to work with, which made the installation smooth and stress-free.

We’re really impressed with both the design and the finish. The colors are beautiful and the print quality is fantastic. It truly feels like a statement piece in the room, and we’ve already received compliments from friends and family.

I would also like to highlight the wonderful customer care. Communication was friendly, helpful, and prompt throughout the process, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and reassuring.

I would happily recommend it to others and would definitely order again in the future.
