Walden Property Lettings Ltd Arvostelua

Have used Walden’s now for around 10 years always professional and get good reliable tenants.
Very Happy with the whole team

We sought out Waldens to manage our property because of how established they are in Bedfordshire. Our property had been fully refurbished and Shelley took care to move tenants in who would maintain the upkeep for which we continue to be very grateful. Any queries have been dealt with professionally and promptly by Janine or Shelley. Maintenance issues too. Our rental income is paid on time. We would highly recommend the team.

We have dealt with Waldens Property Lettings for a number of years in relation to our rental properties. We have always found them to be prompt when forwarding rental payments to us and regularly inspect our properties. They also deal with any maintenance issues on our behalf which we like to be carried out promptly as we wish to give our tenants the best experience and for repairs to be carried out as we would expect with our own property. They also remind us when such things as the Gas Safety Certificates need to be renewed. We have built up a good relationship with Tom, Janine and Shelly and would have no hesitation in recommending them to look after a rental property.

Shelley, Janine and Tom they will all go the extra mile and more to help you out….. skills, best understanding of rules, honesty and courtesy. That is Walden Property Lettings.

The Best of The Best. Those are the only words I can think of when I think about Waldens Property Lettings. Nothing to add!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Walden’s Property Letting, and I can’t thank Shelley and the team enough for their support. From the very start, they’ve been professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any queries. Shelley, in particular, has been fantastic.
I truly feel safe in their hands, knowing they genuinely care about their tenants and landlords, going the extra mile to ensure everything inc repairs runs smoothly. I highly recommend Walden’s to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agency.

All the team at Walden's, Shelly, Tom and Janine, have been extremely professional . They are very quick to respond to anything that is asked of them and are very knowledgeable in their field. They have been very helpful and made renting with them feel safe, reliable and secure. It is very easy to get hold of them when needed and they are definitely a 5 star establishment. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Excellent company, helpful, friendly very professional, helped us so much, attention to detail outstanding!

Excellent property rental management company. The hassle free way to let your property. Been using Shelley and her team for the last 18 months with only good things to say about them.

I have always found Waldens completely reliable. They visit my property regularly, sending me a report with photos, and have established good relations between my tenant and me. They inform me when certificates need renewing and advise what maintenance needs to be done, and whether it is compulsory or discretionary, my responsibility or my tenant's. They take the worry out of being a landlord. Thoroughly recommended.

Very quick and efficient service provided by Waldens. Always very helpful and supporting in all they do in managing property.
Thoroughly recommend.

Walden Property Lettings manage three properties on our behalf. Because the properties are owned by a religious charity, we have a significant number of extra processes and procedures that we need to apply. Walden Property Lettings adapted excellently to all this from day one. As property managers (- we buy the full service) they are on the ball and assiduous at bringing matters to our attention, enabling us to be - as we want to be - 'a good landlord'.

Fantastic service, very reliable and have used Walden's (Shelley & team) for years and will continue to do so. Always go above & beyond.

We highly recommend Walden Property Lettings. They helped us move in quickly and sorted out all the processing hassle free. Very satisfied with our move😊 Thank you Tom, Janine and Shelly

Highly recommended! Staff is lovely and very professional!

Such an easy agency to deal with. Answered all our questions and made us feel important, not just a number.

What can we say apart from 'fantastic'. If 10 stars could be given they would. From commencing the process of booking a viewing, referencing and moving in the team have been incredible. We cannot speak any higher about Shelley, Tom and Janine and the service which they provide.
