The sizing is too big, as a regular size 10 this is much more like 12-14 and not necessarily a female cut I think

Service has been terrible.
I requested a return more than 3 weeks ago. Each time I get an initial response asking for a picture which I send. Then each time radio silence despite multiple chasers, I just want to send items back. So far still no response with returns confirmation.
On top of this one of the items they sent was the wrong size but in the right packaging label and a couple of the items had frayed edges and poor stitching. So quality wasn't the best even before the returns stage. I was very interested by this company but very disappointed. I am giving 2 stars as at the price I paid I thought it was reasonable value(if you get the order you want and one of the better finished items)

Love my new cycling jeans. Have always been a fan of Vulpine clothing and they continue to please. I've tried a variety of others Rapha, Osloh, and Vulpine are up there with the very best. The combination of feature/fit/price is spot on. Great materials which work well on or off of the bike.

Really like some of the designs. However, for the cycling trousers small is too small and medium is too large. They say the sizing is just a guide, unfortunately I keep getting the “guide” wrong. As for shipping, this too is hit and miss. When I lived in the UK postage was fine. Shipping to Canada is guess work. The website provides you with the shipping charge but by the time it gets to you expect another £30 to be added as they change over from one postal carrier to the next. Not every time but enough so that Vulpine sales are now not worth the effort. Vulpine blames customs, I blame Vulpine for not choosing a better shipping partner. Needless to say I cannot give a good review hence the 1 star for design.

Recently bought some Vulpine cycling jeans and a waterproof jacket, both size L.
The jeans were fine (I've bought them before) but the jacket was very much too small, not a 42-44 chest as advertised.
I sent a return request 4 days ago so I could return the jacket for an XL, but nobody has bothered to make contact! Very poor customer service, surprising really as their clothing is a bit niche and certainly not cheap.
I'll stick to Rapha in future!

Service was great, I bought a Gilet vest, first time wash following the instructions it tore up. I received another from them, thank you. The second one I received after a second wash, very carefully, it tore another hole again same spot near the interior pocket. This product is no good. I give up on this.

UPDATE: I rarely leave reviews especially for negative ones. Upon writing my negative review above I received my full refund of this product without asking for it. Very generous of them. I own a couple of their jackets and I loved them and wore it out for 8 years until I didn’t fit them from my pandemic fatness. I think they make great stuff but there’s something odd with both my gilets I received.

No progress with my order since 16th December. It has been a week now and all I got is confirmation of the order. How long can a delivery take? This is ridiculous, Royal Mail hasn’t even picked it up from you yet!

I've been buying Vulpine for a number of years. This new incarnation seems to be doing all the right things still. Lots of people do merino now, but Vulpine sweaters have lasted a long time. I have worn several pairs of shorts and trousers into the ground because I find them so comfy and great for biking around the city.

Top marks for service and, what looks like, for producing quality products again. Yesterday I ordered a new merino top, which arrived this morning - super quick delivery! After trying it on I was pleased to see you’ve put a pocket on the back of the t-shirt like you used to do so I am very pleased with it.

I’ve always loved the Vulpine brand so I was gutted when they went out of business. My recent experience with the new owners though has been nothing short of amazing. I had an issue with a Harrington jacket and I thought they’d say as it was bought under the previous owners that they couldn’t help but quite the opposite, they were extremely helpful. So now I can add amazing customer service to exquisite tailoring and top quality cycle wear. Thanks To Mark at Vulpine for sorting my problem.
