Very impressed with product and service from start to finish. Quality product and cost fully explained ahead of installation .Survey before installation allowed any questions to be answered .Fitting date was mutually agreed and took place within the estimated timescale. Installers , Jack and Aiden , arrived early morning and were friendly, courteous and professional and worked tirelessly throughout.
Very competent with no disruption at all. The end result and appearance are impressive.

My new garage roof was completed in a day, as planned.
The 2 lads who did it were helpful, friendly & took the old roof away in their VSF van, without them needing to hire a skip

They worked hard all day. The old asbestos roof was removed and the new roof installed all in one day. The asbestos sheets were wrapped in polythene and the two workers wore protective clothing. We were confident that they knew what they were doing. They finished the job to a good professional standard.

The job was carried out in a professional manner by courteous tradesmen and in a timeous way

Excellent job - fitted new large roof in just short of 2 days despite some awful weather. Roof looks great now and all rubbish removed. Not the cheapest but really happy with the result.

3 asbestos garage roofs in two garage blocks not next to my home, replaced over 2 days. Fitters very helpful, sent messages in advance and arrived promptly on both days. They explained the installation and details about the new metal roofs, including surface coating underneath to deal with condensation. My review is 4 stars for the quality of the installation, the new roofs and the attention to detail. I would have given 5 stars but there were delays on day 1 before the fitters could proceed. There is no electricity in or near the garages so the survey should have arranged for a generator. The fitters explained why they needed electricity for their power tools and a very large vacuum cleaner. They intended to knock on the door of a nearby property on our large estate, offer them cash and plug in their extension lead. I told the fitters that this was unreasonable, they were not my neighbours and I had never met them. After more discussions between me, the fitters and VSF, the fitters went off site to hire a generator.

and everything was explained. They were immaculate a clearing up, and speedily finished the job.

Excellent service from sales through to roof replacement. Damian turned up exactly on time and kept me informed of progress. Both he and his assistant worked nonstop to complete the work on schedule.

Removal of asbestos roof & fitting of new one was carried out very efficiently. Both installers were knowledgeable & friendly, & we are very pleased with the finished result.

Nearly let us down at last minute but pulled out all the stops and sent 2 great fitters who have done an excellent job and went above and beyond to make our garage look great again. Fabulous service would definitely recommend VSF 😊

From start to finish VSF handled the task of replacing our over 30 year old sizeable garage roof with total professionalism. Their sales manager took time to explain their product, and we confidently placed our order with him. The two fitters Jack and Aiden, who were friendly and helpful, turned up on the rescheduled date and worked like trojans to complete the removal and installation on one day. They removed the old roof, using asbestos protection clothing,carefully bagged it for their disposal and then replaced the roof,fascias and guttering. A five star performance all round .We would unhesitatingly recommend them to others.

VSF did a superb job on my garage roof. Carl, the engineer was prompt, knowlegable and polite. Indeed nothing was too much trouble for him. The workmanship and quality of materials was extremely high' Although not cheap I would cerainly reccomend VSF without reservation
