I had a very disappointing experience with Volza.
The platform is marketed as a powerful tool for trade data analysis, but in reality, a significant portion of the data (especially for EU markets) is masked or limited, making it far less useful than expected for actual business development.
What is even more concerning is their “3-day refund policy.” For a complex platform like this, it is simply not enough time to properly evaluate its real value. In practice, this policy feels more like a formality than a genuine “satisfaction guarantee.”
When I raised these concerns and requested a partial refund, there was no willingness to find a reasonable or commercial solution. Instead, the response was strictly based on policy, with no consideration of the actual user experience.

Our company details are published without consent.

Emailed Volza politely to remove our details - but they did not reply.

We dont use their service, we didnt sign up for their service - yet our import , export details are listed publicly on their site.

When did we authorise this? When did we agree to this?

We subscribed to Volza for data research, but found the UI layout had very large spacing, requiring continuous scrolling. This made it difficult for our team to work efficiently on a daily basis.

Refund was requested immediately, but was declined as per their refund policy (refund only for data inaccuracies).

Please ensure you check UI usability, spacing, and demo before subscribing, especially if your work depends on dense data visibility.”

Have published my private contact details without permission and have failed to respond to me or remove my details upon my request. It appears I am not the only person who has experienced this. This demonstrates a consistent lack of ethics.

Very bad company
They promised in demo regarding the access to countries and once I paid they started saying that I don't have access to other countries, so I asked them to refund because I don't have access , now they are deducting money stating some xyz charges. Fraud company please don't buy from them

Be careful of such a company. Will tell you something during the demo and then it will be totally different when you buy it. They will tell you we can only reimburse if the data is wrong and since they will never say it even if it is different to what was promised during the demo and data of smaller companies is not findable which is impossible to filter on the platform btw. Overall, terrible experience and they do everything to not pay you back. Sad to say the least.

This guys gave me wrong information before paying the subscriptions .
Such a pathetic platform where we can not get the informational for what we have paid and before taking subscriptions i have clearly informed that what is my requirement but still they can not fulfil .100% THEY HAVE CHEATED WITH MY .SUCH FALSE INFORMATION AND COMMITMENTS.

Pathetic customer service. They tell u to show demo at a particular time and than you are ghosted. no intimation, no follouwp, no meeting link, no communication, total silence, and even if u call them, they dont bother to even pickup and reply.

Pathetic service. No data available as they claim during the sales pitch. Once you buy the subscription, nobody responds to your calls and messages for 4-5 days straight. When questioned, they give lame excuses. Do not fall for the scam and waste your money and time.
