Very happy overall. The service provides me with exactly what I needed namely seamless connectivity overseas. 4 stars because the app, prior to a recent upgrade, had a 5-10 second delay when logging in or transitioning from calls to SMS which was irritating! Thank you for addressing this. I can now say all works seamlessly. A great price point to compared to other providers.

We moved over to voIphone from another service where we had alot of issues. Rarely any issues but if there have been any, the chat has been very responsive in assisting.

Really happy overall. The platform is easy to use to set-up new numbers and call flows. I've also contacted support for some help in the past, and they were very helpful.

The team at VoIPline have been nothing but supportive and engaged in every suggestion we have. Highly recommend it for small businesses, it has made our life much easier!

Voipline has made my life a lot easier by providing simple, easy-to-use PBX options and making it straightforward to add new assets. Pricing is transparent, and workflows are simple to create.

The knowledge base is quite broad, though it can feel a bit limited on certain niche topics. Fortunately, customer service is always available to provide clear instructions and support whenever something isn't clear.

On rare occasions, the web phone doesn't ring through or stops running in the background, but this seldom occurs and is easily fixed with a quick restart of the app.

Otherwise, I would give it an 8/10 and definitely recommend it to others.

The subscription includes a set number of call minutes. The 10¢ per-call charge will only apply once the total number of minutes included in the subscription has been fully used.

Voipline has streamlined our communications considerably, particularly with the shared sms inbox and integrations. It has been a game changer for our business. Very simple to set up too.

So far, our experience with VoIPline has been good. The system meets our main requirements for making and receiving calls reliably.

One of the biggest advantages is that VoIPline has its own mobile app. On iOS, we can still receive incoming calls even when the app is running in the background or has been closed. This is much better than some providers that rely on third-party apps such as Zoiper, where incoming calls may not work reliably unless the app remains active.

The main downside is that the settings can be a little complicated for users without much IT knowledge. There are many options, and some configuration may take time to understand.

Billing and invoicing could also be more transparent. The invoices do not clearly itemise exactly what each charge relates to and may simply show something like “VoIP Credits”, which makes it difficult to understand what services or usage have actually been charged.

Overall, the phone system itself has worked well for us so far. I would recommend VoIPline for its functionality, particularly its own mobile app, but I would like to see simpler configuration and much clearer, more detailed invoices.

Great service, functionality and reliability!

The move to this system has crippled our business with our staff communications and phone systems failing. They can’t fix the issues which are caused by their own technology and it has cost us in lost business and work.
We have had to change suppliers, and even this step cannot be done quickly because of delays in call porting, so moving will not be without costs and major disruption. The partner of VoipLine which manages our interface is 2GO Broadband and they have likewise been unable to fix connection issues.
It’s a disaster of unmeasurable proportions and I can’t underestimate the cost to our business.

Based in Sydney, having worked in the Finance industry for close to 2 decades. I took the leap, and decided start my own firm. From the moment I spoke with Liam and his team, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Coming from a non-IT back ground. At first, it's tricky to get around though they were always on call/email to support any questions. Once we got the hang of it, it's been a game changer.

My team members have had absolutely no issues running their calls or any limitations. Without a doubt, these guys will take over the VOIP industry.

VoIP Telecom has made it easier for a range of clients to reach me. There are helpful FAQ's and it is easy to get hold of customer service when needed.
