Today's visit to worksop store
Extremely helpful member of staff James in the worksop store helped me today...he explained more to me in the short time I was with him than anyone else ever has about the way things work and other related issues. Without being offensive to anyone I cannot understand what the Asian staff are saying when I phone for help...inevitably I finish up ending the call because of this. James is an absolute delight regarding customer care I cannot fault him
