HORENDOUS - UNABLE TO CALL THEM BY PHONE
A relative asked if we could pop into Sutton to get a New Phone.
I said I will call them and find out what phones they sell and can we just walk in
Well How silly of me to think that you can actually call a Mobile Phone Company
I tried THREE different numbers all with menus Like Car Insurance companies.
Then I got transferred to India, they gave me another number that failed to work
I wont be Going to Vodafone
They obviously don't understand the term COMMUNICATION
The response from VODAFONE is Pathetic
Who needs a Menu based phone answering system for a Shop That sells Mobile Phones.
Hello, This is Vodafone, would you like to come in to the shop and buy a Phone,
No sorry I went to Currys
I hope Vodafone Gets the same treatment when they need plumber

Visited the sutton store today due to issue with my s24 ultra battery. I was met by friendly staff. Jag was my customer service rep. Jag was amazing and worked out a fantastic deal on a new Z8 fold. I was unhappy to say the least about my experience of my phone not working, but I left with a new phone due to Jag being so amazing.

I had a nightmare with my apple iPhone…
I had a nightmare with my apple iPhone as it was not working. As my phone was with Vodafone I went straight to the store. Despite it being busy and I was not purchasing anything Chris was brilliant. Sat me down, reassured me and talked me through it. A clear USP and benefit of being with Vodafone. Thank you Chris- life saver!
