Title: Absolutely terrible experience – They treat customers like a joke!
"I am beyond frustrated with Vodafone. This company is a complete disaster and has no respect for its customers.
Today, I finished all the necessary steps for my mobile service, and I was explicitly told to come to the St Helens store to collect it. I drove for 40 minutes to get here, only to be told that it is not ready. The level of incompetence and lack of communication is unbelievable.
They seem to have no regard for anyone’s time or effort. This is just one example of the many issues I have faced with them. Their service is consistently unreliable, their customer support is unhelpful, and they simply do not care about the people who pay for their services.
If you value your time and your money, stay far away from Vodafone. I am incredibly disappointed and will be looking for a better provider immediately. 0/5 stars."
