Great CRM - Highly Recommended
Popped in for some help with esim to physical sim issue. A lovely lady on left, towards rear of shop promptly asked me to join her - appologies for not noting name.
I have C-PTSD and struggle articulating myself in speech at times, especially when a little stressed at myself for not being able to do things for myself. I have multiple musculoskeletal injuries inc. fingers / hands too. Adele was wonderful. Helped me with my upgrade. Immensely confident and patient with me. I went to the Apple Store in Liverpool and received nowhere near the service I received in the Southport store. Great experience from Adele!
