Excellent friendly staff member.. I went with a friend to the Vodafone…
I went with a friend to the Vodafone shop in South shields. As he has a contract with Vodafone and he lost his mobile. Looking for a new phone. The guy in the shop was very helpful in every way.
The phone my friend wanted was not in stock, the member staff helped him find a suitable mobile at the cost he could afford. He went out of his way to help my friend to also set up his new phone..very kind and considerate. Highly recommended.

Brilliant staff and service
Carl and Ben helped me get my data back. They were amazing. Wish I had gone to south shiejds in the beginning. So much more helpful than other stores. Highly recommended and can't thank them enough.

Efficiency in sorting a phone out
I went into sort my phone out as it’s quite old now nearly 10 years. I got served by eddie who worked in the store in South Shields. He was friendly, polite and efficient. I would go back and recommend people to visit the store
