Vodafone UK - Slough Arvostelua 

Myself Lord Faiz as a regular customer would like to state the following as per my genuine experience. I have had issues due to my phone, but I am so pleased and impressed at the highest level as to the respect and hospitality and professional service I have been afforded by your staff especially one particular individual (Cheerful and very helpful Mr Ali) who accurately attended to my requirements and I'm highly appreciated that he has set, highly recommendable team who entertains customers requirements expeditiously. We visited the Vodafone store in Slough today with my son and with the great help and advice from Saf, we both moved our phone contracts from our current supplier to Vodafone. My experience visiting Vodafone phone slough is great. ALI the staff of slough branch is so helpful and give the best service I am expecting. He great me when I enter the shop. The Best experience.

Ali really helped me out a lot and resolved all my issues he really deserves a pay rise I'd vouch him! I didn't think much of Vodafone until now very good customer service!

I don’t understand why/how this company still has 4.4* when reviews are 51% with 5* and 45% with one star but never mind….in the last 2 months i’ve been charged 78 instead of 28£ for my broadband connection, after my contract ended and signed a new contract in a vodafone branch! Someone from office cancelled without letting me know! Since than called in 5-6-7-8 times every time rising a complaint and every next time they don’t find it in the system my complain! Tones tones of time waisted with this piece of ….s…ts, i think they just having fun with me on the phone… tones of nerves so again…. DON’t do VODAFONE even if you are lonely on island and vodafone it s the only company on the world! DON T DO IT or do it and trust me you will feel it on the hard way!
I’m considering to spend 100-1000£ just to sue they as..es can’t take anymore sh..et from them… so again….everyone from a branch it s nice and try to give you all help that they can BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE it s very very bad! They laughing in your face and close the phone call every time! DON’t do broadband and if anyone want to make a lawsuit against them i will happily participate financially(i see i’m not allowed to live my email address but i will read all com)

Excellent customer care experience. Adnan knows his thing. He understood all the technical issues and was fantastic. We managed to change our network and get a new contract phone.

So..I’m living in london, i have a broadband internet connection from them, all good for 2 years of contract 27£/mon, after contract ended they charged me 78£, I spoke with customer support they advised me to go to a branch! Been there, they renewed my contract for 29£/months and said that i will get the difference from 78£ into my account(of course i got emails confirming my contract and all that)! Second month same amount paid from my account, I’ve called them and customer support claims that “someone”cancelled my contract, “someone”, and because of that I need to go back to branch!!! Totally morons, idio ts can’t believe something like that could happen nobody to complain, they bounce the problem….

I ordered Pro II broadband on 18th Nov,23. Vodafone lined up the install for 12th Dec, I was happy with the date as my Virgin Media contract was coming to an end on 13th Dec.
CityFibre (VF install partner) gave me a slot between 8am -1pm but their Engineer didn't turn up per their allocated time. Again, the install was re-scheduled for 19th morning slot by CityFibre and yet again no one turned up.
I was out of Internet for week by then and Vodafone easy switch team called me to ensure they will have the installation done at the earliest which was 3rd Jan due to holidays...by this time I was stuck with Vodafone as no other provider could get me broadband before Xmas. I was even assured that a senior rep from Vodafone easyswitch will call me on 3rd Jan to ensure everything has gone well. Additionally, I was assured in writing that Vodafone will compensate me for the failed install on a per day basis given I had to get 4g dongles to get along as an interim solution. Fast forward to the new year, 3rd Jan came and went but no engineer turned up and of course no call from VF per their commitment. Today I spoke to a VF rep -Nadaa who told me their engineer has reported that install failed because of me not being home.
I assured her that on all appointments I was home on their allocated slots and absolutely no one turned up, and I have cctv to back what I am saying but VF is not giving me any compensation even after providing a written confirmation last month and blaming the customer with blatant lies for their failures. I will be going back to Virgin Media and would recommend others to avoid VF services, don't get lured by their sales pitch as their after sales service is not existent in particular their partner like city fibre.
