I hadn’t updated my phone for 10+ years as I’m a true technophobe!! I had no clue what to do regarding a new contract. Outstanding Service
Had a big problem with my bills and extra charges that I wasn’t aware of. Liam swiftly assisted me and helped me with these extra charges, and also put me on a cheaper tariff which I’m happy with. Saving £12 per month nice one

Went in to ask about using my phone abroad caitlin had a look explained to me also said I was due an upgrade of broadband so I came away with a new deal £5 cheaper plus a tablet so can't get better very helpful and friendly
