Customer services are scammers
Scam artists like everyone else, setting up is good but the people who manage customer services are imbeciles and they and scam a few pounds from your contract even though they would not get anything from it. They said wait to cooling off period to add land line for free and then said I had to add it within the cooling off period when the cooling off period came to an end.
