Update on my previous review of…
Update on my previous review of Vodafone broadband. During my call with Vodafone in relation to their unintentional cancellation of my order, I asked for reassurance that the bank mandate had not been activated by Vodafone. I was assured that the mandate had not been activated. I was in the bank yesterday and they confirmed that the mandate was active. I obviously cancelled it!! Seems this company cannot be trusted at all.

Great customer service from start to end. Tilly was really friendly and so helpful, she dealt with our initial enquiry, reviewed our phone contracts and broadband upgraded them and saved us money!
