Paul, to go to for in store assistance in Oxford Cornmarket
I am not tech savvy. I went into Oxford Cornmarket St store for in-person assistance. I got this amazing customer service experience with Paul. He got me the most ideal airtime & device plans for my needs. Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and grasped the key elements for my mobile airtime & device requirements. So glad Vodafone has Paul in Oxford.

Friendly and professional customer service
The Oxford store is friendly and efficient from the moment you walk in. The shop floor is well-managed and customers are kept informed about how long the wait is likely to be.
Dan was patient, knowledgeable and professional and helped me to renew my contracts and upgrade my handset with minimal fuss. All customer service experiences should be this good.

Excellent customer service
Recently I have moved to Oxford from overseas and tried to get my local mobile plan, luckily I have met Rosie today and sort out my mobile needs professionally.
I have compared plans from three mobile companies including EE, 3 and Vodafone, Rosie is the one understanding my needs and provide professional solutions, I can feel she is genuinely stand by my side and consider my benefit as first priority, eventually I have signed up with Vodafone because of her help and mobile plan solution that she has proposed to me fit me the best.
Valuable staff is an asset to the company, Vodafone is lucky to have staff like Rosie who can increase client base and customer loyalty to the company.

Customer service was great :))
Customer service was great. I wanted to get an upgrade for my phone. The person helping me (Paul) was very patient and helpful. Not pushy for me to get a new phone or plan. Nothing like old fashioned in-person interaction :))

Well done, Dan! You patiently took me through possibly resolving the problem that I had with my Flip3 'phone and then without any sales pressure helped me to decide whether to change my 'phone to the latest model, then transfer all my data to a Flip6 and a new contract. So far I'm very pleased with this outcome. Well worth taking expert advice at the Oxford Vodaphone shop.

My second visit into this branch and both times, Nathan has been a superstar. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved, not only for me but for my elderly father. He has great customer service, he’s personable and polite and makes you feel like you matter. My phone was stolen on holiday recently and Nathan ensured I was taken care of and got my number back. Gisa was also great!
