Perfect service by Dan!! He was just off the break and was so prompt in coming to us! Quick to find out about our needs and recommended accordingly. I visited Vodafone, Eldon Square, Newcastle with account and contract queries on my families 4 mobiles.
We dealt with a young lady called Sam, she was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.
She wrote everything down for us, dates, accounts, amounts, DDs etc, a year of confusion sorted.
