Chloe is the best girl I've met in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went above and beyond to build me a package that suited my needs and get me an accessible phone. Me and my partner have avoided coming…
Me and my partner have avoided coming into have our phones sorted in years, our kids finally pushed us to upgrade our mobile phones.
We were met with a delightful girl sidra, who thoroughly took her time to break everything down and ensure we have the best set up of our account.
Sidra also set up both our phones and transferred everything, over to our new phones straight away.
This visit had gone, incredibly seamless.

Great experience at Vodafone Redcar
Me and my daughter when into Vodafone to fix a problem with my daughters phone end up coming out with a smile on our faces!
We were served by a lovely woman called Sidra she was extremely helpful and explain everything in great details. That was very easy. Easy to understand. And the humour was just hilarious. We had a good laugh. I end up saving money on my monthly bill also!
Sidra had never worked in the Redcar store before and is fairly new to Vodafone she’s not long finished her training but you would never know it super professional extremely knowledgeable considering she’s only worked at Vodafone for 3 months

SIM card issue
I bought two new phone contracts from Curry’s. Unfortunately there was a problem with mine.
The SIM card wouldn’t work.
I had around 4 visits to the Vodafone shop in m’bro and a phone call to Vodafone customer service.
None of which helped to solve the problem.
Then Libby from the M’bro store worked it all out on my last visit.
The SIM card connected to my new phone contract was NOT the SIM card I had been given.
Libby went above and beyond to reassure me that she would resolve the issue by the next day.
She did this despite having to deal with lots of other customers on their month end.
Massive thanks to Libby.
Please pass on my appreciation to her, she knew how important it was that I had my phone ( a member of my immediate family with a serious health issue)
She literally could not have done more.
She is a credit to your company and deserves some recognition.
