Connor was very helpful.....
We Visited Vodafone Marlborough today, we dealt with Connor who helped us source new contract, he found the best deal which was considerably less than already paying, a positive outcome! Edison at Marlborough High Street
Edison at Marlborough High Street, Wiltshire Vodafone gave exceptional service today to a 90 year old with her daughter in the shop to acquire a phone update. He took great trouble to make sure that the new IPhone 16 was user ready and more importantly new user understood and was both charming and extremely patient with 2 elderly women. We could not praise him more highly for understanding the situation perfectly and managing the whole process beautifully. As said a quite exceptional level of customer care and service.
