Went into shop to untangle 3 accounts in the family decades old. Met Nahirika who understood issue, was able to sort out in way I understood and then found me a deal paying less! She was very patient and I appreciated her professionalism. I had been stressing about the issue for months thinking it would be a nightmare to sort out. It wasn’t!!!!! Thank you

I was even offered a discounted price from my original plan, which hopefully would be the best option. It’s a shame there is still no faster than 70mbps broadband in our area, would definitely purchase broadband wifi once the speed is reasonable.
