Exemplary employee
Came in today with a customer service related issue that could only be resolved in store due to a theft.
Was assisted by a "sales advisor" Vaishnavi.
She was attentive, clear and outstandingly helpful.
It can be a thankless job working in a mobile network retail outlet and Vaishnavi deserves that thanks.
Vodafone are lucky to have such an employee and she should be rewarded as such
