Jack C processed my application for a Google Pixel 10a and was extremely efficient which I really appreciated. He used language that I could understand and avoided any industry terminology. Customer service was excellent from…
Customer service was excellent from start to finish, both Jack and Hakim made the whole transition seamless. Jack with the initial choosing and ordering of my new phone and Hakim managed the data transfer for me and showed an amazing amount of patience, as I had a lot of data to transfer. He even spent some of his own time the next day continuing the transfer process. I would highly recommend the shop. Everything was well explained and painless.

Super helpful, patient and knowledgeable
My husband and I just moved to Huntington and needed to set up our internet into our new flat and the workers here were insanely helpful. Specifically Shamima, she walked us through the process of setting up our account with patience and care. The team here even went out of their way to suggests recommendation to make our account process more efficient. To top it off, Shamima gave my husband and I some town recommendations where to go and what to see in Huntington. We are more than pleased with our experience and interacts here.
